How do Personalitee get my info?
Most of the information you, the customer, provide us happens when you engage with our brand (browsing the store, making purchases, registering for an account, taking out a service subscription or membership, sign up to recieve promotional content).
We may also receive information from you if you enter into any competitions, participate in any feedback questionnaires regarding your shopping experience with us, or from any communication, you may have with our customer care team.
What personal info do Personalitee collect?
When creating and registering an account, you may provide us with personal information including, your name, email address, delivery addresses, contact number, payment details, date of birth, and other general marketing preferences.
We also collect information about genders, product selections and preferences, referring website Unifrom Resource Locators ("URLs"), Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, details of your interactins with us by phone/online, items viewed or added to your basket, products you show interest in, web pages you visit, and how and when you contact us.
When required by the law, copies of documents (such as a passport or driver's licence provide to us to prove age or identity which includes details as to name, address, date of birth, gender, nationality and facial image.
What does Personalitee do with my info?
When you use our website or services, we automatically collect and store certain information in our server logs. We use personal data to fulfil product orders, perform our service contracts, enable order status tracking, and send relevant promotional content which we think you'll love, via email, text, or post. We collect personal information in a few ways, some information you provide directly to us and others we may get from your device, depending on your personalised device settings. This information can include details of what you search for, your internet protocol address (IP), device information such as operating system, browser language, and date/time of any requests you make.
When our customers place orders, we collect and store their name, e-mail addresses, billing addresses, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, product selections, order numbers, payment detials via our website. We collect IP addresses and other data to support our market research and understand the interests of our vistors.
All of this supports us in our mission to improve our products and services, routinely. For example, if we learn that we have lots of international friends, we will know to translate our site to better serve them. Or if we learn that our customers need certain sizes, we can personalise their experience so they can easily see the products that are available in their preference (after all, shopping should be fun and stress-free).

What do Personalitee use my personal information?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide our visitors a quality, personalised experience and to improve the way we design and offer new products such as to project trends and optimise product development.

How does the law protect my privacy?

How do Personalitee protect my personal info?
We continuously work to treat your data with the greatest care and to take all appropriate steps to protect it.
We build our systems with Privacy by Design principles in mind, and do not store card details or sensitive personal information on our servers. The customer data we do collect is stored in a password protected area and protected against unauthorised access by physical and technical security measures.
Personal profile data is stored in a password protected database on this server, which is itself protected with access permissions. User passwords are encrypted with modern non-reversible encryption methods. Transactions take place over a secure encrypted connection. Server software and security updates are installed automatically at a data centre run by insured hosting professionals.
Do Personalitee share my personal info with anyone?
We take the protection of our customer's data very seriously. With this in mind, we want to assure you that Personalitee does not and will not sell or distribute any of your personal data to untrusted third parties.
We want to also note that, if any police force, regulatory body or other public authority lawfully requests us to provide personal information we may comply with that request without being obliged to inform you.

How long do Personalitee keep my info?
